In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

By accessing the acs27 platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services offered at acs27.net, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to every interaction you have with acs27, including browsing the website without an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and requesting withdrawals.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the acs27 platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. acs27 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via email or prominent platform notification, but the responsibility to remain informed of the current Terms & Conditions rests with the Player.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by additional policies published on acs27.net, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a more specific policy document, the more specific document shall take precedence with respect to the subject matter it covers.

To register and maintain an Account on acs27, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. acs27 is strictly an adult platform. Players under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, play, or receive any winnings under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf and for your own personal use.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services — either through acs27's own self-exclusion mechanism or through any external self-exclusion scheme — at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is expressly forbidden by law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated in their jurisdiction of residence are not eligible to use acs27.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of acs27 or its affiliated game providers. Such individuals are prohibited from holding a Player Account.

acs27 applies age verification procedures at registration and may request documentary evidence of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 18, the Account will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and any deposits will be returned to the source payment method after administrative review. No winnings generated during a period of underage use will be paid out under any circumstances.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one Account on acs27. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. acs27 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all Accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, and any outstanding balances may be forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your Account. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4.3 Account Security and Passwords

You are entirely responsible for the security of your Account credentials. acs27 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not reused across other platforms. You must notify acs27 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. acs27 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

acs27 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities or Account closure.

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Players are advised to complete KYC early — immediately after registration if possible — to avoid any delays when requesting their first withdrawal.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

acs27 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). acs27 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by acs27, although your chosen payment provider may impose their own daily transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your acs27 Wallet within seconds of payment confirmation.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification are targeted for same-day processing. In practice, most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within one to four hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• KYC identity verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active Bonus Funds must have met their applicable wagering requirements, or the Player must elect to forfeit remaining Bonus Funds before the withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified alternative method where the original method is no longer available.
• The Account must be in good standing with no pending investigations or restrictions.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

acs27 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored. acs27 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or unusual transactions, and to delay or decline any withdrawal where suspicious activity is detected. Reports will be made to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

acs27 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from the Account.

6.3 One Bonus Per Player

Only one active welcome bonus may be held per Account at any time. Players who hold multiple Accounts in contravention of these Terms & Conditions will have all associated bonuses cancelled and their Accounts closed. Bonus offers are personal and non-transferable.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

acs27 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering with the intent to fulfil requirements rather than for genuine entertainment, systematic low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising variance, and coordinated group claiming of bonuses using multiple Accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, acs27 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the Account.

6.5 acs27's Right to Modify Promotions

acs27 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is discontinued, any Bonus Funds already credited and subject to ongoing wagering requirements will remain active until their expiry date unless otherwise communicated.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the acs27 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and played. Any Account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players — whether in poker, live casino, or any other game — to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated device to interact with acs27 games or the betting platform in a way that would give an unfair advantage or circumvent fair play mechanisms.
• Match manipulation: Placing bets on any event where you have material insider knowledge, or where you have taken any action to influence the outcome of that event in contravention of applicable sporting integrity rules.
• Exploiting software errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to gain credits or advantages not intended by acs27. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Underage gambling: Using or attempting to use the acs27 platform if you are under the age of 18, or facilitating access to acs27 by a person under 18.
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, or harassing language toward acs27 support staff or other Players through any communication channel.

8.1 Suspension by acs27

acs27 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) the Account holder may be engaging in prohibited conduct; (b) the Account holder may not satisfy the eligibility requirements; (c) suspicious financial activity has been detected; or (d) a self-exclusion request has been received. During a suspension, the Player will not be able to log in, deposit, play, or withdraw.

8.2 Permanent Closure by acs27

Following investigation of a suspended Account, acs27 may elect to permanently close the Account. In cases of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or underage gambling, any balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure may be withheld. In cases where the closure is for reasons other than Player misconduct — for example, a regulatory change affecting a Player's jurisdiction — acs27 will return the Account balance to the verified payment method on file within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Closure by the Player

Any Player may close their acs27 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, acs27 will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Account closure does not cancel any pending bet settlements — outstanding bets will be settled according to normal procedures and the resulting balance addressed accordingly.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, the Player loses access to the platform and all associated data. acs27 will retain transactional and identity records for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations. Clauses of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive Account closure — including provisions regarding fraud, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability — remain in full force after closure.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, acs27 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings arising from technical errors outside acs27's reasonable control; loss of data; interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, third-party service failures, or force majeure events; or any losses arising from your reliance on information published on acs27.net. acs27's total aggregate liability to any Player in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.6 Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and acs27 relating to the interpretation of these terms, the English language version shall be authoritative. Players who have a complaint should first contact acs27 customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected], providing full details of the issue. acs27 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within seven business days.

acs27 is an internationally operated platform. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing online gambling services is legal in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws. By using acs27, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility entirely.
